I had the opportunity and the funds available to go after Rollie's Holo Silver one of one base card and I ended up getting it for a pretty decent price.  I love adding super rare cards to the collection for a reasonable price.  I was a little leery because I wasn't sure if this was the Holofoil Silver card or not.  The image used for the sale was pretty terrible, but after doing some research and having the card in hand I can say that it is indeed genuine with the large 1 of 1 right on Rollie's leg.

I recent years Rollie has been totally neglected by Topps.  Luckily Panini still includes him in their Cooperstown offering and he has quite a few cards in the set.  

I ended up picking up a few all for great prices.  I was able to pick up this Induction insert autograph for under $10 delivered so I'm a happy camper.  I get to add a new Rollie card and an autograph to the collection and still have money left over for a cheeseburger.

I have to say I really like this card. A great picture of Rollie giving his induction speech. The autograph is on card and Rollie still has one of the best autos in the biz.  I love that he has such a consistent and beautiful signature. It shows he takes his time.

Please excuse the scratches they aren't on the card they are on the top loader, which I need to replace.
